It has taken some really good videos and photos the quality is superhad nothing at night yet so i am still trying it out in the dark not sure if anything is happing at nightor i havent had any animals in the garden to trigger it of yet, i am still playing the waiting game.

    Actually got this working, i took a gamble because at this price i wasn’t sure it would do what it said but getting it to take pictures was easy, connecting the asda sim card was a bit more tricky but after only one week it is now sending me images on request. Now i have to check the signal in the woods and see if it will work there. Altogether a pretty impressive product, it would have helped if the instructions were better and if i didn’t have to do a load of research to work out the settings but at £75 what can you expect.

i have tested this hunting camera. 
firstly for full operation is requires 8aa batteries which are not included. 
however an 8gb (kingston in my case) sd card is included. 
the camera is easy to use after a quick skim of the manual, you can control whether the camera takes videos or photos or both and also the interval between each. 
the pictures can be set in quality up to 12mp and the same goes for video up to 1080p. 
the camera has a camouflaged front so is easy to hide in woods where you wish to film. 

if you use all 8 batteries you get an extraordinary battery life of months where you can take some great photos and videos. 
it has an ir function so at night it will also take pictures and videos.

    I tried another make and it failed on so many fronts. Thus one has good still quality and playback quality – small and easy to use. It would have got 5 stars but find opening the base to get the card or change batteries is fiddly and no always easy. Anyone got a ideas on this?.

    Works nicely for the price and it has been very revealing about what goes on in the garden overnight (badgers, foxes and a neighbour’s dog). Mounting is designed for upright trees so imagination has to be used when setting up. Door at the base is awkward to open, but otherwise a good starter tool.

    I bought this camera as an entry level comparitively low cost option. I have been very pleased with the results so far. I have used it to observe wildlife activity in my garden at night. The camera is fairly intuitive to set up and i have been using it with the photo and video capture options turned on at maximum resolution settings. The camera has been out in frost and rain and is still working well on the first set of batteries one month after first set up. The leds do give a red glow when activated so the camera is not invisible to wildlife. The video and photos captured are quite acceptibly good. There have been several occasions when the camera has triggered and no activity has been captured, this may be due to trigger delay. The captured video (avi files) and photos (jpg files) are easy to ttransfer to my pc and the camera has the ability to tranfer by wifi if a flashair sd card is used.
